Kristine Singh, AMFT/APCC (she/her)
Hi! I’m Kristine Singh, an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. I identify as a first-generation Fijian-Indian woman and a child of immigrants. My lived experience informs how I show up in therapy, holding space for the complexities of navigating multiple identities, cultural expectations, and life transitions.
My work is rooted in supporting BIPOC and first-generation individuals experiencing burnout, anxiety, depression, and periods of transition especially around career, identity, purpose, family dynamics, and friendships. I understand how systemic pressures, cultural narratives, and intergenerational expectations shape how we move through the world, and I support clients in unpacking these experiences with intention and care.
I offer a space that is both supportive and reflective, while also being solution-focused. Together, we explore practical tools and strategies to help you navigate what’s coming up, build awareness, and create meaningful change. My approach is collaborative and insight-oriented, integrating person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and holistic practices that honor the connection between mind, body, and lived experience.
I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate uncertainty, redefine success on their own terms, and build a life that feels authentic and sustainable.
