Diaspora Therapy Group provides comprehensive immigration mental health evaluations conducted by licensed California clinicians (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC). These evaluations are designed to support immigration petitions by documenting the psychological impact of trauma, displacement, separation, persecution, and systemic harm.

Diaspora Therapy Group provides clinical mental health evaluations, not forensic psychological testing. We do not determine legal eligibility, credibility, or case outcomes. Our role is to assess mental health symptoms and their impact based on clinical standards of care.

ERMHS Assessments
Diaspora Therapy Group offers Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) assessments to support students whose emotional or psychological needs affect their ability to access education.
Our ERMHS services focus on clinical mental health functioning within the educational context and are provided by licensed California clinicians.
ERMHS Services Include:

Behavioral and emotional functioning reviews

What ERMHS Assessments Do Not Include:

Psycho-educational testing

Learning disability determination
These services are outside our scope and are typically provided by school psychologists or credentialed educational psychologists.

ADHD Assessments

What Our ADHD Assessments Do Not Include

We do not administer IQ tests or academic achievement tests

We do not conduct psychoeducational evaluations

We do not determine disability accommodations for schools or workplaces
If psychological testing or formal educational evaluations are needed, we are happy to provide referrals.
