Jazmine Stamp, LCSW (she/her)

Hi, I’m Jazmine, and my pronouns are she/her. I grew up in Imperial County, CA which has allowed me to possess a deep understanding of the unique challenges and cultural dynamics that shape the lives of individuals in impoverished communities. Witnessing the disparities and systemic inequalities prevalent in the region, I was inspired to pursue a career in social work to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who face adversity.

Having different roles in the mental health field, I have developed a comprehensive skill set and a strong commitment to empowering individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. I have supported individuals facing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, social difficulties, and life changes. I believe in the power of creating a safe and non-judgmental space, where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, and feel valued and respected.

I utilize different modalities in my practice, including Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches. I tailor the interventions to support my clients & allow them to be their own agents of change.

I recognize the importance of addressing not only the individual’s internal struggles but also the environmental factors that may contribute to their difficulties. I collaborate with clients to identify their unique needs to enhance their well-being and improve their quality of life. This holistic approach allows me to empower individuals to develop resilience, strengthen coping skills, and foster meaningful connections.
